Let's discuss your firm's needs.
A short, well-framed note is the fastest path to a useful reply. Tell me what you are working on and how I can help — in English, Spanish, or Italian, whichever you prefer.
I work with law firms, in-house teams, and executives whose work moves between English-, Spanish-, and Italian-speaking jurisdictions. Whether you need ongoing virtual legal assistance, a one-off certified translation, executive Spanish tutoring, or a bilingual marketing campaign, the first conversation is always free and confidential.
Direct email
The fastest way to reach me is by email at carol@velasquez.info. I read every message personally.
Languages of correspondence
Write to me in English, Spanish, or Italian. I will reply in the same language unless you ask otherwise.
Time zones & response time
My calendar is built for cross-continental work and overlaps daily with the United States, Italy, Spain, and South America. I aim to reply within one business day, and usually faster.
Discretion & confidentiality
Every inquiry is treated as confidential by default. If your matter is sensitive, I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any substantive conversation. I do not discuss client work, names, or details with anyone outside your firm.
How to make first contact effectively
To get the most useful response, include a brief description of your firm or practice area, the language pair or service you are considering, the approximate volume or timeline, and the best email or time for a follow-up call. A one-paragraph note is plenty — the goal is to give me enough to suggest the right next step.
